Biography Troy Bankhead is passionate about two things: the customer experience, and doing good. Over the past 20 years, his career has taken him through a variety of entrepreneurial endeavours on two continents, giving him in depth experience that, when combined with his intense interest in technology and all things digital, has enabled him to successfully lead several award winning agencies and win Luxembourg's Marketing Manager of the Year award in 2009 and 2016, among other accolades. His business concept is founded on the unwavering conviction that building trust requires more than just generating revenue; it also requires adding value to everyone with whom we come into contact.
