  Schengen Visa Application Process

  • To get an invitation letter and accommodation letter with your travel notification documentation (Cover Letter). Please register above by selecting the appropriate registration type and avail the benefits and assistance to get a Schengen Visa.To Applying for the Schengen visa includes a sequence of events and documentation in-between yourself and the designated Embassy, in this case, the German Embassy in your home country. Between handing the proper documentation and getting an answer.
    1. Ask the embassy to provide you with a checklist of the required documents for the visa type you wish to apply to visit Germany or Schengen Countries.List of Schengen Countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
    2. Fill the application form with correct and true information and obtain the required documents for your Schengen visa process.
    3. Appoint an interview at the German embassy in your country of residence. The earliest you can schedule the appointment is 3 months prior to your trip.
    4. Pay the Schengen visa fee and save the receipt in order to show it later to the consular officer during the interview.
    5. Show up on time at the embassy for your meeting with all the required documents with arranged in the given order. The meeting will last around ten minutes, during which the consular officer will look at your documents and ask you a few questions regarding your background and purpose of your trip to Germany or Schengen Countries.

  Covid-19 Terms and Conditions (Guest Room & Meetin Room)

• Should the guests wish to extend their stay beyond the period originally booked and confirmed, the Hotel will apply the best available rate unless the extension was channeled through agent at least (two) day before the original check-out date. The request for the extension of accommodation will be always subject to availability.
• In case of any guest have tested COVID 19 positive, the organiser/hotel is not liable to refund or reduce the agreed accommodation stay.
• In case of any guest have tested COVID 19 positive, the guest will have to bear the charges for room sanitation fees of GBP 150.00 inclusive of taxes per as per the hotel policy.

Accommodation

• The check-in time will be 00:00 and check out will be 00:00.
• Accommodation package only includes charges of room rent and rest all incidentals would be charged extra
• Accommodation includes breakfast and Coffee/Tea facilities.
• Services like Gym, TV, WiFi, Swimming Pool, etc. will be provided.

• Visa application form (which can be obtained online): It should be completed and signed
• Two recent Passport size photographs: Photographs must be within the last two or three months with light background
• Round trip reservation or itinerary: The Itinerary must include dates and flight numbers with entry and exit from the Schengen.
• A Valid Passport (which should be in your name as per your Government id proof) with at least two/three blank pages.
• Copy of your schedule.
• Cover letter
• Invitation letter (will be provided by UCG)
• Details of your accommodation.
• Travel medical insurance.
• Proof of financial means (ex: 3 months bank statement, cash, credit card, certificate of employment, sponsorship letter)
• Register for Pathology Utilitarian Conference Gathering, we will provide you an invitation letter and documentation from our end, which will help you to avail Schengen Visa easily.
